Introduction to mindfulness

The virtual introductory mindfulness program will include ten weeks of programming, eight weeks of mindfulness training, and a 1-hour mindfulness practice session over Zoom. The meetings will occur weekly, but participants will be encouraged to practice daily. Each week we will reflect on the practice of mindfulness and share observations and strategies. To participate in this experience, community members must complete a pre-program survey. Community members will complete a post-program survey at the end of the 10-week session. These surveys are intended to capture the potential benefits of this program.
